Or a new vegan/vegetarian who doesn’t know where to start? No matter what your situation, Uptown Soul Food can prepare healthy, plant based meals for you and your family. Plant Based Cooking Lessons: Tired of eating out or interested in picking up a new hobby? Learn the basics with us as we teach you how to prepare nutritious plant based meals for you and your family. We’ll develop a lesson plan based on your skill level and interests.
